Personally…

I have three children, ages 4 - 12.  I'm happily married.  I love writing, family, rock climbing, cross training, reading and exploring the depths of life!  I believe we have a lot to learn from natural foods, natural healing and I believe this comes from natural thinking (being that egoic thinking is not natural to our Essence, natural thinking naturally has miraculous results!).

Professionally….

I help people feeling stuck, personally or professionally, accomplish their goals to live a successful and fulfilling life.  I believe in combining spiritual wisdom with coaching innovations to evoke and potentiate personal and professional mastery.  I offer personal, professional and executive coaching. 

Spiritually…

I do not consider myself religious, but spiritually inclined.  I've studied A Course in Miracles in depth for ten years.  I've been a teacher of the principles for eight years.  I love spirituality and define it as either a relationship with God, (or for the atheist) the ability to live within the context of interconnection between Self and the big picture.  I believe fear is deeply buried behind 99% of physical, emotional and environmental problems that have been created by humankind to date.
